Is My Team's Data Secure?

Yes. Rizzler Sports uses industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your team's data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit) and stored on encrypted servers (encrypted at rest). Player information, stats, game plans, and evaluation data are protected by access controls, so only the people you invite to your team can see them.

What Rizzler Protects

Player personal information: names, ages, parent contact info, medical notes
Team data: rosters, game plans, lineups, stats, evaluations
Account credentials: passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
Payment information: processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor (Rizzler never stores credit card numbers)

Who Can Access My Data?

Only coaches and administrators you've invited to your team can see your team's data. Rizzler Sports employees can access data for technical support purposes only, under strict internal policies.

If your team is part of a league or club on the Club plan, organization administrators can view aggregated compliance data through the organization dashboard. They see pitch count compliance and playing time summaries, not your game plans or evaluation notes. Learn more about privacy.

Data Sharing Policy

Rizzler Sports does not sell, rent, or share your team's data with third parties. Your coaching data is not used for advertising. Player information is not shared with recruiting services, data brokers, or any external organization.

Is data backed up?

Yes. Rizzler's cloud infrastructure includes automatic backups. Your data is protected against hardware failure and can be recovered in the event of a system issue.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual game records, player profiles, or your entire team. Account deletion removes all associated data from Rizzler's servers.

Is Rizzler COPPA compliant?

Rizzler accounts are created and managed by adult coaches and parents. Players don't sign up on their own: they're invited and managed through their team. Older players can set their own availability and use the player app (Rizzler Reps), always within a team run by adults. Rizzler follows applicable data protection practices for platforms that handle youth athlete information.

Where is my data stored?

Rizzler's data is hosted on secure cloud servers in the United States with redundant backups.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your account moves to the Free plan, and data retention follows your plan: 6 months on Free, 18 months on Pro, and 5 years on Club. Downgrading doesn't delete anything immediately, but data older than the Free plan's 6-month retention window may no longer be accessible, so export anything you want to keep before you downgrade.
