The Free plan is a complete toolkit for a single team: game planning, a drag-and-drop lineup builder, basic scoring, pitch counting with rest day alerts, rule compliance checking, and 6 months of data retention. It covers 1 team, 15 players, and 2 coaches. Player availability and RSVP is included too: parents and players mark Yes, No, or Maybe for games and practices through the parent and player apps, and older players can RSVP for themselves. Coach: AI Tools for Serious Coaches

Coach is built for competitive Little League and travel coaches. It adds AI batting orders, AI fielding positions, AI stats analysis, tournament planning, bullpen tracking, hit charting, player evaluations, and GameChanger stat import. Availability changes sync in real time with no page reload, and email and SMS notifications go out for schedule changes and RSVP requests. It covers 1 team and 20 players with unlimited coaches, 18 months of data retention, and priority support — every advanced tool, sized for a single team.

Club: The Whole Organization

Club covers up to 20 teams and 300 players, and every coach in the organization gets the full coaching toolkit. On top of that, it adds organization-scale tools: an organization dashboard, team tryouts with multi-evaluator scoring at scale (300 tryout players/month vs. Coach's 15), league-wide evaluation events for draft prep, support for multiple leagues, and in-game intel. Which plan do I need for a single team?

Free. It handles game planning, lineups, scoring, pitch counting, and availability for 1 team with 15 players and 2 coaches. If you later want AI lineups, tournament planning, or unlimited coaches, upgrade to Coach; your data carries over.

I'm a travel ball coach. Is Coach enough?

If you run one team, yes. Coach covers a single team of up to 20 players with the full toolkit — the tournament planner, AI lineups, bullpens, and evaluations are the features travel coaches use most. Coaches running multiple teams can move to a larger-capacity plan from their Account page after signing up, and if you run an entire club with tryouts or multiple age groups, that's Club territory. When does a league or club need the Club plan?

When you're managing multiple teams as an organization: a Little League board that wants rule compliance and playing time visibility across every team, or a travel club that runs tryouts and evaluation events. Club covers up to 20 teams and 300 players, and every coach gets the full coaching toolkit included.

Is availability and RSVP really free?

Yes. Player availability and RSVP is included on every plan, Free included. Coach and Club add real-time sync (changes appear instantly, no reload) and email and SMS notifications for schedule changes and RSVP requests.
